Getting Huge Naturally
Many people dream of becoming huge muscular men. They want to get ripped, massive, they want to loom ponderously over the world, covered in muscle and absolutely jacked. They want to get as big as they can, but then wonder: if I do everything right, will I be able to get as big as I want? Or is there a limit to what I accomplish if I do it naturally? Sure, everybody knows that you can get ridiculously huge with the use of drugs, but what if you decide to pack on as much mass as you can the natural way? Is there a way to get bigger than you could dream, or are we all limited by our genetic potential? In today's article we are going to take a look at this question, and seek to determine if we can really get huge if we do everything right, from exercising to sleeping to eating, or if there is indeed a limit to how big you can get the natural way.
Nobody wants to hear that the answer to how huge you can get naturally is impossible to determine with any measure of true exactitude because we simply don't have the ability to decode your genetics with any degree of accuracy. Instead what we can do is watch and learn how far a man can push his body by observing what the best natural weight lifters have been able to accomplish, and from their deduce guidelines for everybody else. Doing this will help you get a rough idea of where you will be able to go, if not an exact idea which can only be discovered by hitting the gym for about four years.
Now, the best way to figure out how much muscle you have is to figure out your weight by lean body mass, and not by general weight. General weight when you step on a scale will tell you everything you weight, including fat. Much better is to only gauge by lean body mass, which you can then determine the maximum you can hit by tracking by height. Thus somebody that is about 5'6" will be able to max out at about 170lbs, and for every two inches above that you should go ahead and add about 8lbs in lean body mass. When you then add your natural fat, you should easily be able to break around 200lbs.
