Who Should Do The Insanity Workout?
When people decide that they want to lose weight they often want to do it all at once. They get sick and tired of carrying around all that flab, and decide that they only way to go is extreme. Nothing is too intense as long as it promises results, and indeed, for some people the more intense the better as they get a sense of martyrdom and feeling good about how much they're struggling. But you have to marry this sense of ultimate desire with some balance and moderation, at the very least striving to do a responsible program that actually delivers results like the Insanity Workout. For that reason anybody can do the Insanity Workout as long as they check their pride at the door. Be willing to stop when you feel uncomfortable, and you will be able to do the Insanity Workout like anybody and everybody else. Is the workout tough? Yes, but you can do it with a little applied wisdom.
