Gene Simmons is an Israeli vocalist, guitarist and a very celebrated capitalist. He was given birth to in Israel on August twenty-five, 1949 and moved to New York together with his mom in 1957. He modified his name from Chaim Witz to Geme Simmons in 1960. His father, Feri Witz, equally Jewish, had abandoned the family. Subsequent to arriving in United states of america, he carried the name Eugene Klein, and later Gene Klein. In the late-1960s, he yet again changed his name, this time conclusively to Gene Simmons. He is the blood-spitting, -, tongue-wagging vocalist and rock bass guitarist of the rock group KISS. Stemming from his demonic face paint and on stage persona, he is also known as "the demon" of the hard rock group which Gene Simmons had co-founded in the early Seventies.

 

He went to Sullivan County Community College in Loch Sheldrake, New York. Ever since his childhood, Simmons had a sturdy cravings for fame and riches. In fact, his involvement with music started in the early years of his life. When he was a teenager, Simmons began his number one crew by the name 'Lynx', which he disbanded to make another - Long Island Sounds. One of his bands made a demo, 'Leeta', that was later on released on the 'Kiss' box set in its demonstration version. During the years to come he changed a lot of bands to establish his price including: The Long Islands" and even labored in different fields to make some extra money. He equally teamed up with Paul Stanley and recorded his first album, but sadly the album failed to hit the markets.

 

Kiss released its number one album in February of 1974 and Simmons became the driving force behind an in depth Kiss merchandising franchise. Simmons has been the inventive force behind many television projects such as 'My dad the rock star', 'Mr. Romance', 'Gene Simmons family jewels' and appeared in films such as the 1978 TV movie 'Kiss meets the Phantom of the Park'. Aside television and movies, Gene Simmons has made several television guest appearances, video appearances, dished out solo albums, produced a variety of albums and in 2002, published a men's lifestyle newspaper 'Gene Simmons's tongue' that needed to be pulled off following five issues.

 

Kiss was the most favored joint venture carried out by Gene Simmons and over a million copies of the initial album were sold all around the world. Countrywide live performances of Kiss established it as one enormous money making machine. Gene had often a commercial mind and he used it prudently and launched Kiss stores all over US where one can find exclusive merchandise of the Kiss group. The stores integrated masks, T-shirts, magazines and even added Kiss coffins for ultimate Kiss fans at a price of $4700.
